Looking for Monthly VPS/VDS under $3

I am looking for a VPS with very good performance. I use the VPS for my website and application server, using Laravel. I hope to have good upstream too. Also must have good availability.
If possible I would look for one that uses an AMD EPYC CPU and NVME.

I don't know why, but Hetzner's connection has been pretty bad lately. Maybe it's just me.

We are currently developing a new website and cluster structure. Our plans will be like this for a while, but we may change the packages in the future (existing customers will not be affected by this).

I would go for Enzonix. Just DM Alex with your desired specs. They use EPYC and NVME and are pretty cheap.
