Cheap Storage VPS that allows torrenting

I need to permaseed torrents ( on private tracker, so not much upload and copyright trolls ) so I don't need high CPU /RAM , 1 or 2 GB ram and 1 or 2 core CPU would be enough . I have around 1TB files .
payment option is only UPI so please suggest accroding to that.

Why don’t you vpn/proxy the torrent traffic via VPN instead?

Lots of providers offer storage VPS. But I think the limiting factor would be the UPI method only.
Probably @DigiRDP ? Not sure if they have storage VPS though.

yes but never was the problem, I just need a cheap storage vps that I can purchase using UPI
Just Google what countries allow download for personal use and learning. Many servers there
You won't have much options with UPI. providers generally don't care about what you host unless they get a report.
Many host unofficially allow private torrent. But UPI won't be a payment method.
