11 days ago i found a vps provider in some threads. So i went ahead and buy a vps from them. They emailed me IP and password. But their email has no name on it. Now the server is down but i don't know how to contact them. I can't remember the name of the provider.
They have JP(Tokyo) server with unlimited bandwidth. They provide multiple locations too. The cost is cheap also around 5USD.
All i have is the email they sent. Their email has vmmanager logo and login link . But I think it is not their name. And I can't access the VM as it is down.

If someone know or can guess the provider Help me pls. Or Recommend for Japan server with unmetered bandwidth around 5$, i use it for x-ui so i don't need much with other specs.

did you try to see the email through which they sent you? that might help a bit or else see previous emails since companies do send email on order confirmation too [hope it helps]
btw was it monthly? asking because generally bandwidth cost there is just too high

Dig through the headers of that email and you might find some hints..
I tried it but nothing useful in that email. yes it was monthly , the server is up now but i have no idea how to contact them for next month
, I found such a sweet deal and forgot about it. It brings me pain. Maybe they will contact me at the end of the month.

If you have no luck via email. Check the receipt from when you paid. Check your credit card history. What information is there?

How about their network speed? Did you have your server speed test result?
they said 2gbps shared , i didn't test it though.Enough for VPN usage with around 50 people.So it is true i think.

@joy4theluv idk about now, but last year 4vps.su didn't care about their network at all, i mean that most of their european locations had constant packet loss, 3% or more average loss in 24h. The provider is not reliable overall (seems like they have paid reviews at https://hosting101.ru/4server.su https://poiskvps.ru/companies/4vps-su/reviews?start=60). I added that ip to my smokeping, seems fine so far (unexpected).

it was fine for the price, not very reliable cuz i experienced a server down within one month. but not so bad as some other cheap vps providers.
