Are you satisfied with the service provided by natvps.net?

in General
The merchant previously provided OVZ7 virtualization. In October 2024, it was announced that it would be upgraded to KVM, but OVZ7 was not retained. It has been more than two months since services in Singapore became unavailable if the system was reinstalled. The merchant insists on not refunding or solving the problem, and just keeps the user waiting. What do you think about this issue? @Adb

@abd clarification please
The OVZ VPS in Singapore was stable to me. But I also wanted to ask that when I will got the KVM in Singapore?
I won their giveaway over the holidays and I’ve been using their service with no issues at all. Also did you tag the right user?
So far pretty impressed with NatVPS, but one thing to note is that I think I’m using Virtfusion to manage my VPS. I don’t think OpenVZ in my node.
I have been streaming with Emby all day with it. No had several core spikes today and no ban either. I don’t use it that often.
Ayyub is more active on LES where I work the giveaway. Try contacting there if no luck here.
I hope they fix your issue and take care of you.
@ayyub? Or maybe different user here. That’s the username on LES
You’re in NY node right? I believed those are kvm now
Based on IP Lookup, shows Buffalo NY but they are not always reliable. It does say IP assigned to HostPapa so maybe legit. They have many resellers.
Portal just says United States on NatVPS.net
Now the NATKVM is very easy to use! Still waiting for Singapore and Japan
me too
vps has not been online for three months
Refund has been received.
I'm also curious when the Singapore region will be able to migrate to kvm! ! !
We are truly sorry for the all inconveniences and we are doing our best to resolve the cases if possible.
Per our TOS, all sales are final but we have issued refunds if the service of the client has been totally down since purchase or last renewal (which is rare because most of the services have been in use for more than a year).
With regard to migration progress, many locations have already been migrated and are active but with regard to Singapore, Japan and Hong Kong (discontinued), we are still waiting for the new batch of nodes to accommodate those services (hence the delay).
So, while we understand the troubles caused, we really appreciate the patience of our clients for finalizing this migration.
