But in quarterly to yearly plan bandwidth is added combined which is for a year.

We can easily sell good spec vps in very good price: above 20$
But for us selling 12$ vps or 6$ vps is not possible.
I can give more cores ram storage in good price but i cannot give very low price by reducing spec.
We need some money because ip cost alone is not very cheap for us, we joined the game late, i have to buy all ip in current rate.

but not entirely sure if you wanted a recurring upgrade or one-time bandwidth packs?
Bandwidth addon is onetime top-up
For example if you need 5TB, you can buy 5TB and it will work till you use that 5TB
This way your upgraded bandwidth is not wasted if month is over.
In original plan you already get bandwidth which reset each month/quarter/year, depends on plan.
