Chunkserve.com host automatically shuts down every few hours

The chunkserve host frequently shuts down automatically, and there is no problem with checking the logs. It should be caused by excessive hardware or overbooking, and no one has processed the work order

Kindly check what the provider said about this issue.

Replied probably, we identified the core issue some time ago, and helped many customers with resolving it. DM me with the ticket number, so I'll double check that and compensate it! Thank you for the understanding.

We previously made couple of upgrades in the internal infra, and added another v4 block :) It was finally accepted by EDGOO. Thanks to that, we can restock couple of services now! :)

Unfortunately, the provider isnt fast enough to reply tickets. Try to ping him and he will solve it!

He was making a joke based on the provider's name - saying that you have chunks (periods of time) when you have uptime, with the implication being that you also have times in between with downtime.

Before you ask, I was also making a joke using another meaning of the word in English, meaning that it doesn't sound like the service is very good.

Neither of us was actually being helpful, sorry. @Chunkserve might be able to help.

Mine also went down a few times.

My naranjantech server also faced same.

In both the cases, changing os template resolved it.

    Ubuntu 24.04.

It's just a hit and trial. Don't know if that was the cause but since it's working fine now, I won't touch it.

give ubuntu a try. It's debian after all so virtually no learning curve.

Is this frequent automatic shutdown not related to the system? It should be a hardware issue

Hi! We relied to you :) Please be aware that there's a weekend, but I totally understand it! I asked about 1 thing and we'll sort it out! Thank you!

There was 1 issue that we managed to resolve, but we need to manually edit the guest - that's why I'm asking for a ticket. Waiting for the response and will do it asap + compensate you!

    Thank you for your understanding!

Yes, we didn't at first kept up with the scale, especially after releasing the thread. Since 1 week, we have another person that helps me with the international branch.
