What’s the best way to reach your sales department? I emailed [email protected] three days ago, hoping to receive a response, but I haven’t heard back yet.
I placed an order on February 5, paid in full, but the instant server i received never worked. After about a week, I received a replacement on February 12 because the original server had hardware issues, the staff had no idea at all.
However, the replacement isn’t what I ordered at all; it’s capped at 1Gbps, whereas I specifically paid for a 10Gbps port speed.
To make matters worse, my tickets have been ignored for days. When they do reply, it’s always something like “Our main admins are looking into it,” which doesn’t give me any clear idea of when or if I’ll get what I paid for.
Has anyone else had a similar issue with NUXOA or it’s just me?
Any advice on what to do next would be appreciated.
