Cheap and unlimited don't go hand in hand
you want storage space or something to host like website depending on that just buy storage you could easily get 3-4 tb vps if you search once throughout the forum
https://my.hostbrr.com/order/main/packages/BF2024/?group_id=63 @labze
But the vps prices are high.
If you bought it together it would cost you approx 15-20 usd a year/TB I don't think you could get it any cheaper then that. If there is a reputable provider providing cheaper than then please so state them here. This forum itself is named let how much cheaper do you want , or else you could instead buy less storage and delete non-essential data. Now important data cheap unlimited can't go together as already stated :
nothing is "unlimited", anything "unlimited" you see is limited in one or another way.
I'll never understand why people feel the need to have that much data. What is it? Does it help the planet?
Get a dedicated server or a VPS with large storage.
Many good recommendations here.
If you expect cheap, you will get banned for storage space abuse.
The way how OP can get cheap, get unlimited shared hosting and fill with your data and lets see how provider will kick you out - as it’s marketing con or ask the same provider to provide you with unlimited storage dedicated server 😂🤡

I remember they have the increasing disk amount?
What’s the use case?
I assume it’s something you want to publicly host and share and not just somewhere to drop off site backups (in which case Backblaze personal plan might cover the “unlimited” requirement. Subject to any fair use clause).
3TB isn’t THAT massive but so not sure whether you can just get by with a 4TB plan, or if this is something that’s going to grow rapidly. Anything that sold itself as “unlimited” is surely going to be targeted at people wanting many dozens of TB and is probably going to cost a fortune, if it even exists.
What’s the budget? Most people doing a storage plan can probably support 3TB, especially if hosting region doesn’t matter, it’s just a question of what you can spend. Hostbrr, Crunchbits (when they have stock of storage VPS) and HostHatch would be some I’d look at and just set a 4TB cap for now if possible.
I've not used them myself, mostly because they're only in Canada, but their BF deal prices are honoured throughout the year, so they've usually got a pretty good offer available.
I think you probably don't want the expanding storage option, as it supports a very specific niche - transferring in a large set of existing backups and running an incremental daily backup that grows at approximately the same rate as the drive expands. Cost wise, I think it's better to get a normal plan, as the expanding plan doesn't break even until several years in and by then your storage requirements may well have completely changed.
If you can wait until the next promotion (which typically only last 24 hours), HostHatch promotional prices are very good and available in lots of regions. I've got 5 servers with these guys and buy another every time if I'm quick enough to notice the promotion.
@host_c seems to often run promotions that seem competitive on price, but they're still quite new in my book, so I've not tried them yet. I'm also worried that they're a bit too friendly to DMCA ignored, so I worry about sharing a node with someone hammering it 24/7 for a warez site. That could be unfounded though, as I have no experience with them. Lots of people here like them.
I've also used @interservermike. He doesn't often post deals as such but occasionally gives out a specific offer to someone on a request thread. Maybe worth trying him. I've found my server is quite a lot slower than my HostHatch boxes, but I'm only using it as a redundant backup storage, so it still does the job fine.
But as for unlimited - that's going to be pricey, as such a service would be abused by people storing multiple hundreds of TB. If you only need 3TB, all the above are good options for under 5TB.
There are txts containing hundreds of GB of data. I need to store these txts and read
the data directly without downloading the files remotely (via API or something
similar). Should I buy object storage, shared storage or storage box? (on hetzner) or hostbrr storage box direct admin ? Or what you suggest ?
why not https://www.bluehost.in/hosting/shared ?

I have not used them no recommendation whatsoever, but I have not seen anything much cheaper
Just disgusting.
My wet dream, that is absolutely freaking awesome
Hadn't really realized how much the rack needs dusting until I took a pic lol.
Believe me I can Overlook the dust, I live in Fontana california, must be the dust and windy City city of the world being a city that actually don't look like you're living in the desert.
Its cheap but i think its trash.
Do you recommend object storage, shared storage or storage box? (on hetzner)
Haha, I was just about to comment on that. Also your aversion to Charlie, Delta and Echo.
@ispanya: I'd buy a cheap 1-2TB VPS, put ZFS on it, and let it compress your huge text files. They may drop 5x in size.
You'd pay $4/m for a LET VPS suitable for this.
Thans for information. Have a nice day.
😂
You want unlimited or 3TB? 3TB is a lot less than unlimited.
Yes a lot, one could say its unlimitedly less.
Amazing
There is no unlimited Get some storage boxes from hostbrr, they are really great
Yeah , I’m gonna get some storage boxes from hostbrr. I understand, there is no unlimited storage. Its only marketing. I need to buy storage boxes.
There are two free and truly unlimited storage services:
