    A question to you and also @layer7

    If I don't attach a 2nd hard drive in the initial order, can it be added later from the control panel and can increase/decrease the size of the 2nd HDD vide ticket?

    Hi,

    adding a disk or upgrades any time.

    downgrades are not supported. Works only the way that you remove the disk completely and then add a new, smaller one.

    But we will change basically the whole offer this month and then we will support up to 3 additional disks. So you could get a new disk, copy all the data and then remove the old disk.

  • @layer7 Does the additional disk have RAID, or do I have to set up RAID myself?
