For me, the server delivery was pretty fast (~20 minutes), but yeah their support took like a month to answer my question (which didn’t even really answer my initial query)
I still have tickets from b4 christmas, and yet receive even initial response lol
I do appreciate the German lack of customer service. I will say I ordered a VM from them a few days ago and it was provisioned within an hour or two. It's been years since I've had to open up a ticket with them, though.

Contacted them ...They don't have much resources to provision the root server. They will inform to Technical team and they will provision once the resources is available.I feel hopeless.
