No the server had been very good. You can set the uptime in the yabs.
The only bad thing is support. They say this clearly that support is delayed for promotional offers.
Luckily, I didn't have to contact them for support.
I still have a storage server with them.

@glitch please provide experience report with @hosthatch
I saw some feedback on another thread, I am curious about this host

Did a bad experience want you to drop this?

No the server had been very good. You can set the uptime in the yabs.
The only bad thing is support. They say this clearly that support is delayed for promotional offers.

@glitch thank you for the detailed observations. this is very very good feedback and the venters on LET should read this. TY

To be honest I won't go that far.
I mean, yes it's cheap, but that doesn't mean you are entitled to ignore your customers.
providing cheap servers doesn't justify you being arrogant.
If you don't have time to deal with the lowend customer, then don't make them your customer.

personally I won't buy hosthatch again unless they provide some super cheap deals.

I just noticed a typo in my previous comment.
I meant to write You can see the uptime in the yabs. not set.

And that is exactly why we keep buying more every time they run a promotion.

the server is good, there is no denying that.
if it's value compensated for the support you get (or don't get) then it's ok I think.
Thanks being said, I won't buy for the prices offered this bf.
