What's wrong with Cloudcone? No one reply the support ticket.

The website prompts that my account is under review (I already provided the relevant materials as required by their customer service half a year ago), yet no one has responded to the ticket for over ten days. Is this how you treat your customers?

  • I don't understand. Is this a new account, or was your account suspended?

Half a year ago, they said there were multiple accounts under my name. So, I transferred the servers to a single account as they asked. Now, they're saying I have multiple accounts again, but actually, I don't.
I've sent ticket, but got no reply. Currently, my account has been suspended, and my business is being affected.

It's time people should stop trolling in others thread and derailing it taking away the focus from OP's grievance.

OP, I used cloudcone for 5 years but ditched it last year. Lots of good experiences but here's the one why I moved away.

At one time, my vps was down for a month (they did acknowledge the issue though).

I also had a email package with them. I pre paid for one year. The company had a name change so I stupidly thought to remove the old organization and create a new one in the name of the new company name (just to streamline it even though from technical pov, it's irrelevant). Turns out, if you remove the organisation, then that package is destroyed and no refund since 7 days have passed.

It was 1 month at that point of time. So 11 months $ was wasted. I took it as a loss and move on.

At this point of time, I'll tell people to move away from cloudcone as there are much better alternatives out there in a similar price range.

    You should do too.
