Let's not get upset. The Christmas event and the New Year event might not have been that great on deals, but Black Friday was a blast from what I noticed (I did not get to participate due to personal issues). That Black Friday event generated the hype lingering afterwards for Christmas and New Year, therefore LET community had a lot of fun, even without many crazy deals.

I believe all these events will reflect well on a provider's poll for which I guess @FAT32 and LET administration will start to prepare soon. Just thinking about lifetimes of @Francisco / @NameCrane or flash deals from @jar or even crazy deals from @host_c or from @VPSSLIM - and I already see myself struggling who to vote with.

Meanwhile: Happy New Year to all (including rats)!

3 Days ago I showed that movie to my kids. The children loved it and went ballistic.

On Christmas I received from Santa the book "Nuclear War: A Scenario" by Annie Jacobsen. Now that is one very good book. I highly recommend it. I had 2 sleepless nights reading it. It is one damn good book.

Auction idea - listing off the digits of pi in order. Whichever gets the most recent last digit pays that in $/y multiplied by 3.14 (maybe plus $10?). The variable price could add some spice - if you're brave enough to bid at the end of the next digits are high. And if you can't outbid yourself, then you can leave a trap for the next bidder etc ..
