My guess: nobody. But many know one or a few, so together a reasonably full and correct list should be achievable.
I'll start: @Hybula AlphaVPS / @AlexBarakov @host_c
@dataforest
@layer7 (I'm not completely sure about the network equipment though)
@gigahost
@Advin - recommended
@Calin - discouraged
@tomazu - discouraged
WE fit!
We meet all this criteria
Some of them do not own IP space, so they do not match @remy criteria
only know buyvm.net
@RoyaleHosting.
Hi,
We also meet
Hi,
yes we do own all. And i mean real own. No Banks no finance no what ever
I wasn't sure so didn't mention you - but one thing I can say with certainty: I very much like the two VPS I have with you. Excellent bang per buck!
Seems to only own one of the 3 /24s marked as "Host-C"
Most LET providers don't.
what defines a LET provider?
Are hetzner, webtropia, ovh, scaleway, or worldstream LET providers?
They do own
and also most of their datacenters.
Just want to ask: how do you know? How do providers prove that?
@VPSSLIM
Owning IP space is the most expensive (at least in RIPE region) and it is easily verifiable.
We own network equipment and servers, but we only own some (not all) of the IPv4 ranges that we use.
You can always check
We do
We own rackspace, networking kit + server hardware as well as most of the IP space we are using
Services in EU West (London) and US Central (Dallas + KC) if interested.
Not sure, but @DataIdeas-Josh at least owns the pi hw iirc. Not sure about network/ip space though.
We own it all, the datacenters, the servers, the network etc.
Only when it leaves outside our DC it goes to 3rd parties (IP Transit providers for example).
We even designed our own DC & Server Platform
For offering seedboxes that's probably also quite the convenient setup. Otherwise there'd probably be lots of (annoying) takedowns, I imagine.
We own our servers, network equipment and IPv4 addresses
Do you providers need to pay for IP blocks in reserve with you even if they are not sold to customers yet? I assume you may be calculative before taking up IP blocks?
Looking at power bill, support staff expenses, upfront investment for equipments, this is not easy game, not everyone business. Even with Complexities, you provide highesr uptime which is appreciatable.
Thanks!
Yes if they advertise here. But I already know the big players / and old companies own their IP blocks. It was a bit easier back then.
Thanks all !
I'm guessing here but: serverpoint and massivegrid ?
Not sure about the IP ranges, but @DartNode might check all the boxes
