Do most of the staff at CloudCone not work?

Due to the fact that the IP is inaccessible in my region, I submitted a ticket to CloudCone 15 days ago requesting an IP change. However, to this day, no staff member has assisted me with the IP replacement. Instead, they keep repeating that my request is still in the queue. I’m not expecting VIP service or 24/7 immediate responses, but taking 15 days to handle something as simple as an IP change really makes me question whether the staff at CloudCone are actively and diligently working.

Additionally, their so-called self-service IP replacement option is essentially just an automated template for submitting an IP change ticket. In reality, it still requires manual review and approval for the IP change.
