what to do for marketing emails/news letter

What service do you use for programmatically sending news letters or marketing emails and it allows it in TOS? A lot of the services online seem to ban it (understandable) but it makes starting my business idea this year more complicated.

I want one service for transactional and marketing emails.

I am making a custom Node.js application.

Here are my ideas so far.

• Do it on Amazon SES. But, I read I might struggle to get it out of sandbox when I'm ready to launch.
• By a shared server package as it comes with email. But, the domain is connected to a dedicated server. Don't think it is possible to attach shared hosting package to subdomain.

Why not use a platform specifically targeting marketing such as Mailchimp?

I don't have any customers yet. I am just going to launch soon @wadhah . I will get consent before I email people for marketing purposes.
@adly Mail chimp is expensive because I want to use the news letter functionality and the transactional emails. So, it would be 59 dollars a month at a time when I don't think it will make any revenue.
