Well, SMART showed errors, and then WD clodu showed drive error. And also if I put it in NAS bay, it is making some weird noises.

I removed it and runninig with only 1 drive now.

This most probably means an issue with the little hand like things that actually read the data on the platter. Sometimes, replacing them fix the issue, at other times, you might actually have to replace the BIOS chip and write the old data to this one.

Yup, exactly the reason. Was overheating. So,decided to change the thermal paste under the IHS for the CPU. Broke a few components in the process.
