Honestly @host_c is great. I've got multiple servers there and the performance (of CPU, storage and network) has been very consistent, and I think out of all my VPSes (around 20), there the steal has been the lowest (basically non-existent even under load, and not even short spikes). Uptime has so far been 100% for me (I've only used them for the past three months though), and they even live-migrate VPSes. Their support has also been rather fast and helpful. And then their prices are also that low...
I'm just hoping they don't deadpool with all those deals and giveaways...
