It is a low-end community. Low benchmark is expected because providers need to eat too. I love low-end VPS and low-end ARM dedicated servers.

Like @samzam said, it's irrelevant anyway when one only idles it, one doesn't always need it (I have a storage VPS with around 450 GB6 single core, perfectly happy with it), and sometimes the deal is just that good...
And I'm very happy with my $4/mo gigahost dedicated server with "only" 750 GB6 single core score.
