BitPay - Payment Issue

Hello Everyone!

I'm having strange issue with BitPay Wallet lately.

One of our upstream uses Bitpay.com for invoices and I decided to use BitPay wallet app as well for the same reason. It worked fine for good 6 months or so. But from last few days I'm having problem with payment.

Heres the flow:
1. I open the invoice on web browser: https://bitpay.com/invoice?id=xx
2. Then I scan the QR on page from BitPay wallet app on my mobile.
3. Then I see "Fetching Payment Information"
4. And after 30 seconds or so, I get this error: Something went wrong - The PayPro request was invalid. Please try again later.

This is going on from last 3 days, tried on multiple devices and updated apps too.

Anyone else facing the same issue? If you did, were you able to fix this?

    Just use normal way to pay, when it says select your wallet just type anything, it will show you a message that will say cannot find wallet and show you a button to pay anyway, then just scan the QR and pay to the wallet address, should be the fix.

    BitPay has really gone down hill in the last few years, I suggest migrating to coinbase commerce.

    I can’t imagine asking the upstream provider to modify their payment infrastructure is going to be the fastest solution.

    There is no bitpay representatives in let. What’s the point of this thread? Resolve your problem with provider and than create topic about it. Problem and solution.

    Yes, I see there now, if I select any other wallet it simply provides the address and amount to send, which I guess works just fine.

    However scan and pay process was really smooth though.

    I have used NowPayments, they have good support and use it time to time.

    Again, cant really ask Upstream to change payment gateway for me only hahaha
