Is there a mail server automated script?

I am tired of setting sendmail/postfix+DKIM+SASL+Dovecot, since there are so many lnmp/lamp stack script, is there a mail server script as well?

Not that's reliable, at least to my knowledge. If you've setup more than twice, maybe you can make one At least for personal use.

P.S. You can use Dovecot for authentication and drop sasl -- makes your formula a little simpler

Yes, I tried, as i remember dovecot needs some kind of authentication?

Also, is there any workable tutorial?

I poked around at iredmail once or twice, but never ended up using it for anything (not because of any issues with it or anything, just that I wasn't ready to switch to my own mail server at the time). It was nice, and it's definitely what I'll be going with when I do need to set up a mail server. The main reason for that is that it works on Debian out of the box, and uses Debian's native packages - none of this silly "we're going to download and compile random versions of everything just because" crap.

This screwed up my server when I tried to uninstall it after I couldn't get it working.

I have been using iredmail for two years. It just glues together settings of each server (postfix, dovecot, etc).
I use it to set mx servers on OpenBSD and FreeBSD: install the vanilla OS, then the bash package of the platform, check that the server name is set correctly then run iredmail. That's all. Most people with problems are because their /etc/hosts and domain settings are wrong (so unix newbies)

FWIW, I did check out iRedMail but it was too "heavy" for my liking at the time, which is ironic because my self installed mail server runs just as heavy. I blame ClamAV though.

Installing Virtualmin sets up Postifix/Dovecot etc. very nicely. Plus provides a powerful CP to administer the mailserver - using MySQL or text files only!

it's ClamAV yes (clamd and freshclam processes). In fact iredmail is alternatively a good base to tweak oneself (add/remove/modify components and settings). Also a custom modification will add the features sold as the paid version...
