I'm looking dedicated server.

Any location. There must be at least 64 processor threads. Preferably AMD.
Only processor power is required.
Other specs: 32 RAM and 512 SSD or more.
The server must come with win 10/11 installed.
Budget: 50-80$/m

• AMD EPYC 7551P (32 cores, 64 threads) // 128 GB DDR4 ECC RAM (ref)
• 3.2 TB Enterprise NVMe drive
• 100 TB @ 10 Gbit/s, IPMI and console access (noref)

They also have the same config with a 20 TB HDD - e.g. for backup storage (+ $14/m).

Windows is in the OS options.
