EvosHosting has improved a lot recently. Their uptime is close to 100%, I don't remember any downtime major downtime. I currently have 2X:

• 4 core
• 6GB RAM
• 100GB NVME
• 4TB HDD
• 1x IPv4
• /64 IPv6
• and AMAZING 10 Gbit/s internet connection speed.
  and 1X the same thing but 2 cores, 4gb ram and 70gb NVME.

These offers cost me 3.5 euro each, which is probably the cheapest price you will find + they have great quality.

The only thing someone can complain about is delivery time, which can take up to 2 weeks, because they have a lot of customers, but the invoicing date starts when you get the server and the service is really worth the waiting.
