How to setup virtual hosts for docker containers or Proxmox VMs with same public IP address?
I need to setup virtual hosts files for docker containers and proxmox VMs sharing the same public IP address and the standard public ports 80 and 443.
The idea is to have a single VM/container where all the virtual hosts for the domains running on the SMs/containers are setup. These then proxy to the servers running on the different VMs and containers.
Are there any guides I can follow to accomplish this? The VMs previously ran on their own public IP addresses so will need some change there.

Internal IPs for VMs/containers and go with traefik, nginx or caddy. There's nginx proxy manager as well if you need GUI. It's easy to achieve if you look around here and there. Good luck.
I use haproxy. Their own documentation might be too thorough for beginners, but there are also many tutorials on how to get started.
