My requirements are really modest..
I selfhost most of the stuff but only need a VPS for out facing reverse proxy with it's Static IP while running a VNP tunnel to forward the traffic to on prem server.
Looking at that, idle server for me would be something really close to my physical location along with unlimited bandwidth at a modest 1G link.. Would be nice to have multiple cores since VPN tunnels are really core depended for bandwidth than RAM or storage !!
So that is my dream server.. Multiple Core with a CPU that gives good bandwidth over VPN Tunnel along with Unmetered Bandwidth (1G Speed), physically really close to my location.

My perfect server would allow me to pay a minimum price per month.
If I need to use the server, I hope I can select resources and then pay an increased price per usage.
When I need to stop using server, I want it to add the resources I used while it was running.
Then the server will be back to the minimum price per month + the resource usage.
This is perfect.... I have so many idle VPS, but I think this will solve my idle problem.
