Juniper ssg-5-sh-ext
Hello! Is there anyone who has a "Juniper SSG-5-SH-EXT" and can help me with firmware? I came into possession of a Juniper router for which I have no passwords or IPs. The console seems to be disabled, and I think the reset button is also non-functional; when I press it, the power LED turns red. I’ve tried the reset instructions with no effect. I attempted to register on their site, but I’ve been waiting for confirmation for several days, and the support team is unresponsive. My only solution is to find the firmware.
