looks an amazing server at this price. what servers you upgraded do? can you share your purchases server because this looks much affordable.
@beanman109 IPMI on it ? i am interessed
Yep it has IPMI, it can be temporarily enabled through the Colocrossing portal online
Great server at the amazing price.
if you're interested reach out in DM - i've had no takers yet
the had other offer lately for 32 GB RAM, 118 per year.
Ok get that then
Oh wait
There are times when I wish I could physically meet some of the 'bright sparks' on LET. Just to see who they really are.
Patience would get that, is it not? I am itself realized person. In other way, you guarantee, there won't be return of that event @emgh ?
Do you never ever buy anything unless the seller can guarantee it'll never be cheaper ever?
Seriously is very interessing the only thing that bug me is the 16GB i open a ticket with colocrossing to know if it can be upgrade for a certain fee or something didnt heard back yet
It looks like retail pricing is $10/m for 16GB RAM upgrade, so it's likely the upgrade cost would be almost the same as the server without a huge discount.
Their last years flash sale with 16GB RAM @ $99/yr, requested for 32GB upgrade and they upgraded to 32GB at no cost. So quite possible they would do that.
Asked for a 1TB or 2TB HDD to be added earlier this year and was told $10 per month for 1TB or $20 per month for 2TB so YMMV
In my scenario, I asked them for an upgrade and cost right after I placed an order. So they probably just upgraded while in deployment not after deployment.
Yeah that makes sense, this was actually ordered with a 1TB HDD but delivered with a 1TB SSD so I suppose that was my free upgrade already
Interessing, still waiting em to reply damnit
This has been sold, payment made and now pending the actual transfer from the CC support team.
Fuck they just replied me.
