There are different types of AMD EPYC processors
AMD Epyc 9254 (48 cores / 96 threads)
AMD Epyc 7763 (64 cores / 128 threads)
AMD Epyc 7313 (16 cores / 32 threads)
AMD Epyc 7413 (24 cores / 48 threads)

I'm not sure if I can rely on
AMD Threadripper 7995WX
or
AMD Epyc 7763
or
AMD Ryzen 9 9950X
I will create a site to store and stream video files, but at first I will start with one server and I need the server to be strong in the encoding process. After a while I will reserve a separate server for the encoding process with the NVIDIA L40S GPU. The number of encoding servers can be increased over time
