How to provide DNS hosting to Domain customers within WHMCS?

I have an existing Cpanel server with 3 Cpanel DNSonly servers providing DNS hosting as a DNS Cluster within the Cpanel software.

Existing Cpanel server providing shared hosting
-> ns1.hostingdomain.com
-> ns2.hostingdomain.com
-> ns3.hostingdomain.com

I would like to use WHMCS to sell domain names and hosting packages.
How do I enable the following scenarios:
i. customers who only purchase domain names can login to their WHMCS dashboard and self administer their DNS records.
ii. customers who have previously purchased domain names can add shared hosting packages by checking out through the WHMCS shopping cart.

I realize that WHMCS does not provide a way out of the box for hosting providers to provide any kind of DNS hosting to their domain clients.

Can I ask how do most hosters who use WHMCS solve this issue?
