Looking for dedicated game server

Hello,
I'm new here so I don't know if I'm making my topic in the right category.

I'm looking for a good dedicated server in Europe (I'm in France) to host video games on. OVH is moving towards AMD offerings but less powerful, and Hetzner it's not possible for me for various reasons.

If possible, I'm looking for the latest AMD (9900X style) or Intel (Example i9 14900K) processor.

DDos is not a problem, I would probably use a GRE Tunnel or another solution

Less powerful? The new EPYC are ALOT better than the previous Ryzen game servers

What budget do you need? Nothing wrong with ovx switching to amd, they are not bad processors.
