Windscribe Proxy Gateaway Feature
Windscribe is handsdown, probably one of my best lifetime vpn purchases ever made. They continue to add awesome features. They already had secure hotspot (vpn) sharing feature before for wifi.
Now the desktop app has a "proxy gateaway" feature, so you can connect SmartTVs etc to it:

Mullvad also has this, but it's undocumented. I use it everywhere nowadays.
Windscribe has recently started banning users for too many connections or too much Data use!!
If you are looking to buy for torrent/seed I'd stay away from Windscribe.. or if you have lifetime, watch or lower your usage so you don't get a permanent ban.. They will ban your Account without warning.
They updated their Tos to say unlimited has a limit and also "Torrent seeding is not personal use"..

Just a heads up!
Thanks!
Where do I go to pay only $29/year for VPN or less? That's currently what I pay at windscribe. & lifetime deals I find are kind of poopy, stuff from stacksocial for example.
Torguard is on sale for 70% off plus free residential IP..
$20 1yr, $33 2yrs $46 3yrs..

I have never used them so cant comment on the service. Was looking to sign up but unfortunate they don't offer paypal. Not looking to put my CC on there..
@Ympker any guide how to start the Proxy gateway on CLI ? I don't want to host an Linux GUI System in my network only for the proxy gateway.
Can't you make a revolut account or something
Is it safe using revolut?
Thanks for the suggestion, not sure it’s an accepted method of payment..
Either way I’m good, I have a few lifetime VPN from stacksocial. Currently back to using Keepsolid! Seems to work just as good as WS albeit only 3 torrent servers available.
revolut offers one-time-use debit cards
Torguard is good if you're only using it for torrenting. Although their client is unattractive and has many bugs, and there have been past security or privacy issues, they don't care how much bandwidth you use and do offer port forwarding.
If you're concerned about security or privacy issues, consider using Proton or AirVPN.
Sorry, never done that. Let me know if you get it ro work though.
