What kind of budget you wanting or package looking for?
I think it will take at least half a year to have any providers offering turin....
I'm also interested in the topic. So far I found this:

I'm not sure if the promo already started or not - the list of servers is empty. Tried to write to the support, but they never contacted me back.
Both are not US based, though.
