Can I put in another vote for more domains, I would buy in an instant but I want to park all of my domains in one place, I don't know how configurable the system is but I would be happy with a block 1500 emails per hour across all domains, or 5 domains at 300 per hour and then any additional at just 20 per hour for example.

No, we had a limited stock (~50 units) beta that lasted 2 - 3 weeks. It was free to take part. Many of those people will get their plans free for life as a thank you for helping.

I did this not long ago. Used a domain I realised was tied to another mail provider. Was an instant change that I was able to do myself from the web console.
Login -> Navigate to Client Area / My Products & Services / Product Details -> Select ‘Manage Product’. Then on the existing domain, select the “...” option and choose ‘Edit Domain’.

Nope. Likely this is on another server. However I believe you could modify MX records and TXT records to point domain towards email on CraneMail plan.
