we use mostly for internal mailing but for orgs with 50+ employees, that limit may be a concern.
WHMCS being annoying. Order with a random .com and then ticket support with the correct domain to switch the order to.
Internal emails don't count against the limit, it's only to external senders.
We're trying to avoid too much abuse - especially on lifetimes or discounted plans. We may adjust it up later for the higher storage standard plans, but it'll probably stay where it is on these promos.
Should've received a confirmation. Drop a ticket and I'll check what happened to the welcome email.
Although there's not much in the way of instructions via email - it's all in WHMCS at the moment under that service.

There's 1 lifetime option, it is not a reseller. No plans to offer lifetime resellers.
Yep. Basically the main sell is you don't need to use roundcube and DA's mail setup.

You could add them as aliases. But if you want to create separate addresses on them/have a different admin for it, that would count as a primary domain.

Can we also use this as an SMTP relay (so for e.g., relay cron/system emails from a VPS into a mailbox, either hosted at CraneMail or elsewhere)?
If there are no outbound mails (i.e. only notification to a CraneMail account), is it OK if that 300/hour is exceeded (something going wrong and you get a burst of error notification emails etc.).
