I didn’t order yet but I demand a refund anyway. Losing bazillions.

  • Premium. It would be fantastic if HDD storage is included with these plans.

Perfect reason to offer some storage deals to compensate this inconvenience!

  • No storage deal?

  • Without AMD epyc, my expectations were in vain. No, storage vps, it seems there is no promotion I am interested in

  • I checked, and it seems that there is no large hard drive precision machine that I want.

  • Need KVM Nvme deals :)

  • As an 2023 BF sale user is there any way to change billing cycle to prepay yearly for the saving (of 2 months)?

    Thanked by 1LiteServer
  • Those cores have some Mike-Tyson-in-his-prime punch. I was put off by the price before I factored in the 2.5 uplift in compute points. Nice.

    Thanked by 1LiteServer
  • Seeing the prices on Black Friday this year, I have the urge to renew my subscription. ;)

    Thanked by 1LiteServer
  • @gongyi Would you mind running a yabs when the disk size is fixed please? I would like to see the disk speeds. Thank you!

  • This year’s Black Friday event wasn’t very good. Will there be any VPS activities in the future?

  • 9950x... performance monster... excellent deal

    Thanked by 1LiteServer
  • I liked the previous BF :(
    2.4 Euros for a kvm

  • A few questions . . .

First, can you please define "core." Is it a thread or an actual core (2 threads)?

Second, reading your terms, you say, someone with "one (1) CPU core assigned" ... "may use all available CPU capacity." So for €25/yr you are selling a dedicated 9950X core/thread?

Why is it okay to use 100% if you have 1 "core" but 50% if you have more than 1 core?

    Thanks!

    Excellent provider and offers

I had never noticed that the cpu usage policy was a bit restrictive.
I don't find 50% average restrictiv, but the average is calculated over 2 hours period... still scares me a bit.

This beast would make a good Gitlab CI runner, that said.

    Good sales !

Yes, the 2-hour calculation is also my concern

    A thread

Technically, not fully dedicated, as hardware resources are shared between customers on the platform. Due to virtualization optimizations, there is no (noticeable) performance loss

Why is it okay to use 100% if you have 1 "core" but 50% if you have more than 1 core?

As hardware resources are shared, it should not be possible for multiple large VPS's to gobble up all resources. Small VPS's with only one core should not be limited, as they don't have the option to spread the load, while large VPS's have.

Also, with a large VPS it is no problem to peak, it is mostly in place to prevent constant intensive usage over multiple cores.
