I have been a customer since September, and here is what I feel:

The servers themselves are fine, running without issues for several months. Managing them, support, etc., is where it becomes a huge pain in the ass. There isn’t much you can do in the Proxmox control panel, so you’re dependent on the support. And support responds once in several days and then disappears. None expects a 10-minute SLA, but having to wait for days or weeks for basic things can become very frustrating. And the IP geolocation of the LXC servers sold in the BF sales is not yet updated, so most databases still show them as from Iran, so it’s pretty much useless for anything.

Btw, do let us know if they process refunds.

Just to start a bit of a discussion. I'm behind CGNAT and want to access my local network from outside. Is it possible to setup a tailscale in a way where I don't have to log in with google/ms/apple acc, as I don't have one. Would this be possible with headscale for example, or I would need a VPS?
