sshfs is where the problem lies. Just WinSCP like dev_vps suggests or use Cyberduck for actual speed, you will get hundreds of Mbps.

Holy Cow. Mountain Duck is super fast. Did max my 100Mbps symmetrical. Unfortunately it does not appear to be stable. Crashed Explorer 3 time trying to upload 11GB.
