No connection HostUniversal/CDN77 in TY8 to OVH networks

Both status pages (CDN77 and OVH) don't report any problems but I cannot get an outgoing connection from HostUniversal Tokyo via CDN77 to OVH North America (US/Canada) or Europe.

OVH Sydney is reachable but with a huge delay and routing via Singapore.

Other direction (e.g. OVH US to HostUniversal Tokyo) works somewhat but routes via Sydney.

Reaches destination but uses a route via Sydney? (core-b.sy4.nsw....)
