VPS dead.
Last 3 TrustPilot comments about ignorning tickets for weeks.
Not gonna say deadpool [it is], but just be aware and if you gonna extend your deals do it on last day and use something that you can chargeback if needed :-)

We apologize for the delayed response. We've had some delays in attending to all tickets unfortunaetly, and we're actively working on resolving this.

I assume you were on one of the promotional Chicago KVM packages. We had a hardware failure, and some VMs got stuck in a bit of a limbo when migrating them, due to the volume. I believe we've extended your service already, but if not, please drop your ticket #/service IP. Sorry for the inconvenience caused once again, we'll do better in future.
