I'm also a user of their service and have generally had timely responses from their support team. Usually, they're quite responsive. I experienced something similar when trying to claim the prize - no response either. While it's frustrating to wait, I hope they'll return to their normal response times soon.

I have 1G1C100G plan in Tampa location.
sudo apt full-upgrade -y takes 15 minutes for upgrading 41 packages.
Is this normal, or should I ask for moving to a different node?

@yoursunny not normal, we have a faulty motherboard.

Migrated your instance to another node for now. We'll be scheduling maintenance to replace the board in a few weeks.

  • yoursunnyyoursunny Member, IPv6 Advocate

Moved to epyck01 node, GB4 score increased 10x and is at normal levels.
Link to previous benchmark iperf3 and GB4 on epyck01tpa01.
