I'm also a user of their service and have generally had timely responses from their support team. Usually, they're quite responsive. I experienced something similar when trying to claim the prize - no response either. While it's frustrating to wait, I hope they'll return to their normal response times soon.

Migrated your instance to another node for now. We'll be scheduling maintenance to replace the board in a few weeks.
Moved to epyck01 node, GB4 score increased 10x and is at normal levels.
