I need a VPS service located in Japan or Singapore with over 5TB of monthly bandwidth, native IP, high speed, and stability. My budget is $50 per year. If the service proves reliable, I am open to a long-term subscription.

Honestly speaking your budget can be okay IF and only if you are ok with a low spec VPS. If you want anything more than 1GB ram, in my opinion it gonna be hard.
Check with Onidel @onidel by experience they are really pro and realiable.

I have the same idea. If I reduce the bandwidth requirement, is there a suitable server in Singapore? I only need about 1.5TB of traffic per month, and I also require a native IP.@onidel
