Small VPS in Hong Kong / Singapore / nearby countries €2

Looking for a little VPS server to run a Lychee or similar web gallery (password protected).

Context: I have family members in China and I do not wish to share photos directly via WeChat (pictures of my kids), so looking to get a little VPS in the region for low latency reasons and setup a web gallery that they can use to view the selected images that I put up.

Requirements:
25 to 30 GB storage
1 to 2 vCPU
1 to 2 GB Ram
Only need a max of 1TB bandwidth
Location: HK, Singapore, nearby countries
Budget: preferably around €2/m, happy to pay annually to achieve this price

None of us uses iPhone, and the the cloud storage tools I use are blocked from my initial research (Google Drive / Dropbox / Box etc)

OneDrive is accessible inside and outside China...which probably is the only accessible popular cloud...

I could offer a storage box with access to Synology Drive. Then, you would have your own cloud environment, similar to Drive, Dropbox, etc. Multiple users are possible.
This only costs 50ct/100GB/mo

The server is located in The Netherlands, however. We have a relatively fast international internet connection with our Cogent uplink, so it should be very doable for sharing photo's. Feel free to send me a DM for a trail.

The audience are older family members where even downloading a new app is a challenge, so VPN would be beyond the scope of what I want. Just want something they can click on or type into a browser, ya know?

It has been doing OK for me to use OneDrive. But if you want a one-click solution, then a HK VPS would be more ideal.
