That's the latency to Cloudflare, but what counts is the latency to LET's real servers.

Well I am in Asia so my latency is like ~200-300ms... I am opened https://time.is in another display and it takes me a few tries to get it close enough
Yeah you gotta take into account the following:
Your latency to CF servers
CF servers to LET
DNS resolution timing (Better add the domain temporarily to hosts file)
JS click execution event (around 1 to 3 ms)
Your fingering response time
Better go into a random DM and practice the clicking, sending spam
You'll get the timing right after a couple of tries.
