Unfortunately they are Offers, I understand the frustration of many, but that's how it works, we can't do anything other than give a credit of our own volition to those who request it from "old" customers.

Yes! We are currently trying to push our upstream to whitelist our prefixes asap, the nodes are ready, but we have no IPs available.
One solution would be to temporarily set the new prefixes to FRA -> NED -> FRA routing, But that would increase latency, so let's wait until the PoP in Germany is ready.
