You need the move into your first pop in Asia, @GTHost - even if you choose good old Singapore.
To be honest, choosing between those three is like throwing a dice, I really could not care less. They are way to close to each other to make any major difference.
Besides, the US is totally oversaturated with cheap hosts already so it really feels like a moot point.
