I was asking and he said he already has offer 50+ Euros. So probably he is expecting more than 50 Euros for the KS-LE-B.

At least other providers don't cancel the orders,charge extra amount like OVH thus I have a bad experience with OVH in past reason why I always ignore them

No one should buy from scalper, eventually they have to cancel the server and next time they won't order in bulk.
That's wishful thinking. The community thrives on FOMO and the fact there is always someone that misses out on the deal that is willing to pay extra specially for upgrades.
The community rules say no more than twice but that is easily circumvented by simply taking conversation to DM.
