Looking for Remote Backup Storage

I’m currently looking for a remote backup storage solution with the following specifications:
Requirements:
Storage Size: 1TB or more
Price: Maximum €4/month
Access Methods: Preferred via SFTP/FTP, rsync,
Use Case: Remote backups
Location: Prefer servers in Europe ,but I’m open to global options if they fit the budget.
Notes:
I’m looking for something similar to Hetzner Storage Box
