HostPOCO -- Support Sucks!
Hi, I have two reseller accounts with them and they shut down one of my accounts saying the payment is not done. However, the invoice is clear till 2027. Now they are not even replying to tickets. My clients are pissed off. I can't even access their data to backup.
Their deal was amazing $108 for 3 years, 15 cPanel accounts, 25GB space.
Is there any better reliable deal that can beat this?

Cramming up to 15 clients on a $3/mo reseller account and not even bothering to keep external backups for them. Who is the real sucky one?
Begs the question how much he was charging those clients and how well their support is.
