For transparency, Singapore is the only location as of now within our shared/reseller hosting product line that sees higher operational costs, which is why we have a small flat fee added for accounts deployed in this region. While we do our best to absorb costs where possible, for such a premium location where operational expenses continue to rise, we've needed to implement a small flat fee to maintain sustainable service delivery.
That said, if you'd prefer to avoid the additional fee, we have plenty of other great locations available - including Los Angeles DC-02 which has optimized routing to Asia/Oceania. Let me know if you'd like to discuss your options - happy to help find the perfect solution for your needs
