I used to take 5 cups per day, because we have free coffee at work, but then I felt that it doesn't help me anymore. So I reduced to 1 cup just to wake me up, and am on this for like 5 years already.

Already had it diagnosed and the best part nothing is wrong. Well one of my doc said it might be due to allergies. And told me to not rely on energy drinks, that i follow strictly but sometimes i just need it like for say around 5-6 redbulls in a month, currently coffee works great. And i thinking of trying something else let's say lemon tea.

I actually got a gaming mouse pad in one of the previous years, it's pretty nice. Though I use it under my desktop keyboard and a small one handed gaming keyboard thing (razer tartarus v2) since I have a corsair rgb pad for my actual mouse.

I used to take 5 cups per day, because we have free coffee at work, but then I felt that it doesn't help me anymore. So I reduced to 1 cup just to wake me up, and am on this for like 5 years already.

I just checked how much is 12oz in mls... 350ml. Wow that's a lot, I only drink mugs of 100mls

The reason why I like larger is I basically don't have to go back to the machine, I don't have to fill it super full, and that's what I usually limit myself to for the day (unless I'm super tired & working on something super urgent). I can totally deal with 12oz but I just prefer the larger mugs.

Not me. I am a tea guy.

If no coffee, tea works just fine, or i get redbull and get wings.

and that's an overkill, what happens if you don't drink that much?

i just sleeps, i only drink to stay awake, i sleep a little too much.

It sounds like your body might be signaling a need for something beyond caffeine, perhaps certain vitamins or nutrients.

Already had it diagnosed and the best part nothing is wrong. Well one of my doc said it might be due to allergies. And told me to not rely on energy drinks, that i follow strictly but sometimes i just need it like for say around 5-6 redbulls in a month, currently coffee works great. And i thinking of trying something else let's say lemon tea.
